I've seen the talent industry from both sides of the table
For more than six years, I’ve helped companies build technical teams, deliver complex projects, and solve hiring challenges in a competitive global market.
Before founding Sikosek Consulting, I worked with organizations ranging from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, including Pfizer, Volvo, and AMN Healthcare. Along the way, I contributed to more than 150 successful talent placements and managed delivery initiatives across software engineering, data, cloud, product, and design.
Having worked across candidate assessment, enterprise delivery, account management, sales, and client success, I gained a unique perspective on how the talent industry operates. It taught me a simple lesson: clients should be paying for great talent, not layers of overhead and unnecessary complexity.
That’s why I built Sikosek Consulting a founder-led business connecting companies with exceptional Serbian talent through a simple model: full-time professionals, one monthly invoice, and a long-term partnership built on trust, quality, and common sense.
